Do It is a small application to manage categorized to do lists.  Each item in a list can be linked to a file, folder, website or address book contact.  The linked item can be launched directly from the to do list window.  In addition, to do items can have priorities, deadlines, alarms and notes.  You can synchronize you Do It lists on multiple Macs using .Mac syncing

 

To minimize intrusion on your desktop, Do It uses a minimal user interface, with small semi transparent panels, that reorganize themselves contextually.
